something needs repairing on one of our networks we will do this
within the contract no matter how long it takes or how many
engineers are required. Therefore, we are taking ownership of our
client’s networks and are happy to do so.

charge you to fix it, give us a call and we will fix it with the
“fixed price support contract”. We take on the job so you don’t have
to, run your business not your IT.
As part of your “fixed
price support contract” our state of the art systems monitor all
your critical services e.g. E-Mail, Back Ups, Disk Space, Anti Virus
Software, Internet Access.
As a London and South
East based IT Support company we know that the quickest and most
efficient way to get to you is not by car or public transport, but
by motorbike or scooter. Most of our engineers travel around this
way. We don’t get stuck in traffic or get delayed on public
transport, we just get you when you need us no excuses.
Our in house skills
include the complete range of Microsoft Server, Workstations and
Applications, to the point we have been rewarded with a Microsoft
Official Partner status, we have in house Microsoft Certified
Systems Engineers and in house Microsoft Certified Professionals. We
have very high levels of skill in all other types of networks
including Linux and UNIX.
